What's the minimum order size?
Our Starter tier covers teams as small as 6 players. For custom orders, we can go as low as 6 pieces. No minimums on re-orders.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks depending on tier. Platinum gets priority 10-day production. Rush orders (under 10 days) are available for a 15% surcharge on any tier.
Can I see a proof before production?
Always. Every order gets a digital mockup within 48 hours of deposit. Unlimited revisions until you approve. We don't start production until you say go.
Do you do sublimation printing?
Yes — our Platinum tier includes full sublimation jerseys standard. Any tier can add sublimation for custom pricing. Great for all-over patterns and complex designs.
What if something doesn't fit or has a defect?
We replace it. Every order is quality-checked before it ships, but if something slips through, we'll reprint and ship the replacement at no cost.
Can I reorder individual pieces later?
Absolutely. We keep your design on file. Need 3 more jerseys for mid-season pickups? Just email us the sizes and numbers. No new setup fees.
Do you only serve the DMV?
We're based in the DMV and that's where most of our teams are — but we ship anywhere in the US. Local teams get the benefit of in-person fittings and hand delivery.
